The Ice-9 system was designed to bypass the lights that need sanding and allow you to focus on the types of headlights that you profit on very quickly with extremely low labor cost. Ice-9 will provide a high-quality restoration on nearly 80% of the headlights you’ll see. Ice-9 is not designed to restore headlights with severe damage. The three types of headlights you want to avoid with the Ice-9 system are the ones with “clear coat peeling”, severe “crazing” and internal hazing caused by bulb burn/heat. “Crazing” is groups of stress cracks produced by heat inside the lens that cannot be removed even with the traditional wet sanding method.
One Ice-9 Headlight Restoration kit will restore up to 60 sets of headlights. Each kit will come with supplies, a contents page and proper application procedures.

KIT CONTENTS:
- (1) 32-ounce bottle of Ice-9 polycarbonate cleaner and oxidation remover.
- 16 ounces of Ice-9 titanium-infused, cross-linking, headlight UV coating in (4) 4-ounce bottles (one 4-ounce bottle will coat up to 15 sets of headlights. Includes 2 coating bottle spout caps & 1 extra stay fresh mylar bag.
- (2) Spray heads
- (1) pack of Microfine surface prep sanding pads (this is not to “sand” the headlights but to simply rough up the surface to prepare the surface of the headlight for proper coating adhesion.)
- (1) pack of white clarifying sponges
- (1) bag of lint-free, headlight-coating applicator pads
