Liquid Resins is proud to introduce the new SMART System! The SMART System is a semi-automatic repair tool that provides professional-grade windshield repairs with just a few pushes of a button. The SMART System automates the pressure & vacuum cycles and is designed to fix most repairs in as little as 5 minutes, making the SMART System the ideal windshield repair tool for all glass, tire & lube shops offering windshield repair.
Step-by-step directions for operating the SMART System
1. Place inspection mirror behind the break. Use your probe to prep the chip.
2. Place holding device so the injector is directly over the break.
3. Add 4-6 drops of resin into the top of the injector. Connect air hose running from the SMART System to the injector.
4. Press power button, flip toggle switch to pressure. Press & hold the “activate” button until resin fills the break. Gauge should read approximately 35 PSI while under pressure.
5. Flip toggle switch to vacuum. Press & hold the “activate” button until gauge reads approximately -20.
6. Repeat pressure & vacuum cycles as needed until you are satisfied with the repair.
7. Cure under pressure. Remove tools & finish the repair process.
